If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic. Just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement.

If it's a sizing issue, we will offer one time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order.
We do not offer size replacements on more than 2 shirts in the order.
US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
There is no charge for exchanges.
Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to SYRENATOP.
SYRENATOP pays to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.
Exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days from when we received the original items.
Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and the new size(s) they would like.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed.
Customer pays to ship return(s) to SYRENATOP.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days from when we received the original items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and that they would like a refund.
